2. What We Sell

SoapCalc.pro offers a Pro pass — a one-time or subscription purchase that unlocks advanced features including unlimited saved recipes, batch export, and priority support. Pro access is activated manually after payment confirmation.

3. How to Purchase

Pro passes are purchased by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Payment is processed externally (bank transfer, mobile banking, or other agreed method). Pro access is activated once payment is confirmed.

4. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Refunds are considered if Pro features did not work as described, or if access was never granted after payment.
• We do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind after Pro access was already activated and used.
• Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for subscription plans cancelled mid-period.
